Residential Re-Entry Center (RRC)/Federal Halfway House

The McLeod Center operates a Residential Reentry Center (RRC) for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.  Referrals for this program come directly from the Bureau of Prisons; you cannot self refer to this program and this program is not available for State offenders.  The RRC provides 24 hour supervision, housing, food and intense case management.  Many programs are offered to help residents make a smooth transition back into the community.

Victims of sexual abuse may contact the Carolina’s Healthcare System Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault hotline at 704-366-4999.

If you have any questions about the program you can call the RRC Director, Louise Ferrell, at 704 332-3180 or email at louise.ferrell@mcleodcenter.com.

The McLeod Center has zero tolerance towards all forms of sexual activity, including sexual abuse and sexual harassment. You do not have to be an RRC resident to report knowledge of sexual misconduct (third party reporting is accepted). Do you have a report of sexual abuse, harassment, or misconduct you would like to report?
